I realized after two episodes that I never actually introduced myself. So this is me fixing that.
In Part 1, I share a little about my life—the years of being productive, always doing, always contributing, and how that outward success hid a woman who was afraid to take a close look at herself.
I talk about a conversation with my daughter that got me curious about my own beliefs and started percolating. Leaving my Director position at 58. The inner work that began in 2021. And the beautiful experience of watching women discover that they really do have the answers within themselves.
